Caroline Bader is the Vice President, Category Leadership, Mars Snacking where she develops and implements strategic long-term plans that deliver annual and long-term objectives for quality category growth to retail partners. Caroline is also responsible for leading a team of highly engaged Mars Snacking Associates.
Caroline has over 20 years of CPG experience, re-joining Mars in August 2023. Prior to Mars, Caroline was at Ferrara Candy Company, where she served as the Vice President of Category Leadership for five years. Before joining Ferrara, Caroline spent 12 years with Mars Snacking, with her entire tenure in Category Leadership. Caroline has also worked at both IRI and Nielsen where she honed her analytical skills.
Caroline lives in Chicago with her husband, Adam, their two children, Marion, and Jimmy and two cats, Penny and Blues. In her spare time, Caroline enjoys traveling, live music, and spending time with her family and friends.
