The Heritage Chocolate Society meeting was held in person at Colonial Williamsburg on February 22-23. What a treat it was to be together again!
This year, the HCS theme was: History Has Its Eyes on You: How to Lead in Your Sector and in Culture.
Right now, history is having a moment. Only a few years ago universities were shutting down their history departments. Today, history is being used across generations to help understand our shifting culture, bringing much-needed context to the conversation. Likewise, historical institutions are finding themselves on the frontlines of answering questions about our nation’s past.
The HCS agenda was designed to give our attendees ideas and tools for navigating the changes we are all facing. We think it was a huge success and invite you to view the presentations of our incredible and prestigious speakers and panelists.
