On December 17th, 2020, AMERICAN HERITAGE® Chocolate had the pleasure of hosting a virtual baking class alongside Chef Justin Cherry. Chef Justin is a historic food interpreter who travels the country teaching people how early Americans would have eaten in the 18th-century. AMERICAN HERITAGE Chocolate based on a recipe from the same time period, so it was a perfect opportunity to collaborate on the Historic Holidays Baking Guide complete with 8 recipes adapted from 18th-century “receipts” (early American terms for recipes).
